Everyday Calgary on one home screen: your next train, cart night, road closures and 311. Each shows its source and update time, and if a feed is down, Calgora says so.
Calgora is built on the City of Calgary's open data and other official sources. When a feed is down or the City doesn't publish something, Calgora tells you instead of guessing.

Ask Gary
Gary is Calgora's AI assistant. He answers Calgary questions using the app's live City data and official City pages, and always shows where an answer came from. Ask about your collection day, a road closure, a permit or what goes in which cart. Point your camera at a problem and Gary helps you report it, or at an item to find out which cart it belongs in. Gary is not a person, never gives medical or legal advice, and points you to 911 or 311 when that is the right answer. Asking Gary needs a free Calgora account.
Free and My Calgora
Free, no account needed: collection schedules, transit, 311 reporting, parking, alerts and safety information.
Free account: your places and settings stay in sync across your devices, plus three Ask Gary questions a month.
My Calgora (CAD 29.99 per year) adds what you use every day:
• A daily briefing each morning with the day ahead for your places and routes
• Route checks before you leave, for incidents, construction and delays between your saved places
• Unlimited addresses and saved places, such as a parent's home or a rental
• Event reminders
• Unlimited Ask Gary questions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. My Calgora renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.

Privacy
Calgora asks for location only when you use it, and your saved places stay on your device unless you sign in to sync them. Ask Gary sends your question and a short summary of the City data you are looking at to Anthropic, the AI provider, so Gary can answer; it is not used to train anyone's model.
