Our Distance is a private app for two people who are not in the same place.
No feed. No strangers. No follower counts. You pair with one person using a six-character code, and everything in the app is just between the two of you.
HOW YOU BOTH SHOW UP
Every day you each set three sliders — mood, energy, and what you need today — and neither of you can see the other's until you have both sent yours. The same goes for the daily question and the photo of the day. Nobody reads first and then edits themselves to match. You answer honestly, and it unlocks together.
THE DISTANCE, MADE CALM
Your home screen shows how far apart you are right now, the city they are in, and their local time. If it is the middle of the night where they are, the app says so gently instead of leaving you guessing.
When you have a visit booked, the countdown is a ring that fills as the day comes closer — something that grows rather than something that ticks down.

THINGS TO DO WHILE APART
A daily word game you both play against the same word, Connect 4 you can take a turn in whenever you are awake, a shared bucket list, and date ideas for nights in at the same time.
Answering questions, sending moods and playing together earns experience you share, because it is not a competition about who tried harder.
BUILT TO BE PRIVATE
Moods, answers, photos and games are visible to your partner and to nobody else. The both-must-answer rule is enforced on our server, not just hidden in the app — until you have both sent something, your answer cannot be read.
There are no ads and no advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. You can unpair or delete your account from Settings at any time, and what you shared goes with it.
