Snake: Words gives the classic snake game a new appetite: words. Collect letters as you steer your snake around the board. They stay in the order you collect them, so every turn matters. Clear words from the end of your letter chain to score points and shorten your snake. The longer your snake grows, the faster it moves. Wrap around the edges, avoid your own body, and keep an eye out for your next word. Not Easy, But Fun. The controls are simple, but you'll soon find that a little strategy goes a long way toward a higher score. Need a little breathing room? Pick up power-ups to freeze your snake, slow it down, or earn another chance to refresh the letters on the board. Old-School, New Joys. Choose from three visual themes: Modern, Basic, and Classic. Go for a clean, colorful look or bring back the feel of a retro handheld with a dot-matrix LCD and chunky buttons. Same game, different mood. More than English. Play with English, French, Spanish, or German dictionaries. Choose your dictionary separately from the interface language, and keep a personal best for each one. Your Next Personal Best. Revisit your recent rounds and your five best scores in each dictionary language. Your game history stays on your device, and the game can be played offline. Free to play. No ads.
