PLANS
Free includes manual search and monthly allowances. PRO and PRO Plus are optional auto-renewable subscriptions, available monthly or yearly. Eligible customers may receive a three-day free trial. The App Store shows the exact local price, billing period and offer before you confirm. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly; usage allowances reset monthly. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

- Appointments and property availability require confirmation.
- One availability request (up to five properties) uses one request allowance. Video-tour requests cover one property each.
- Sign in with Apple or email. AI chat and voice processing require separate consent, managed in Profile → Settings → Data and AI. Manual search, saved homes and comparison remain available if you decline.
