Text an availability form to your officials and watch replies come in on one board. Officials quickly answer from the link no account or password needed. Ace5on5 helps sports officials' assignors collect game availability from referees, umpires and scorekeepers without spreadsheets, group texts or chasing replies. FOR ASSIGNORS • Build availability forms for basketball, softball, volleyball and flag football: daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal, plus open-ended general availability requests. • Start from a shared template library so recurring games take seconds to set up. • Text the form link to your roster from your phone's own Messages app, in batches. • See every reply on the Availability board as officials respond. • Forms close automatically on the timer you set. • Keep your roster in one place sports, roles and contact details and add officials in bulk by pasting a list. • Keep venue details in the Site Directory and share a site sheet as a PDF. FOR OFFICIALS • No account and no password. Tap the link your assignor texts you, check in with your mobile number and choose the games you can work. • Reply in the app or right in your phone's web browser. HOW IT WORKS Ace5on5 records availability only. Your assignor makes game assignments separately, outside the app. ACCESS Assignor accounts are created by your group's head assignor. There is no public sign-up, and installing the app does not create an account. PRIVACY No tracking. No location access. Texts go out from your own phone Ace5on5 mobile app never sends SMS on your behalf. Questions? Email ace5on5@gmail.com
