New: a day-2 check-in, a 3-day streak goal for your first week and an optional nudge before your usual tough time. Plus one-tap logging and a 3-minute craving SOS.
Quit smoking, vaping or nicotine pouches without going cold turkey (unless you want to).
Tell NicDrop what you use and how much. In two minutes you get a step-down plan, a quit date and what nicotine costs you a year. No account. Free to start.
NicDrop is the calm way off nicotine pouches, vapes and cigarettes.
Tell it what you use and how many a day. In two minutes you get a plan: a daily allowance that steps down each week, a quit date, and what a year of nicotine is costing you. No account, no sign-up.
TRACK IN ONE TAP
Log a pouch, a session or a cigarette as it happens. See today's number against your allowance, your streak, money saved and how long you've been nicotine-free.
BEAT THE CRAVING
Cravings peak and pass in about three minutes. The SOS screen gives you a countdown, a breathing pacer and the reasons you wrote on day one — and, with Pro, a coach that knows your plan and talks you through it, any hour.
SEE THE PATTERN
When in the day it happens, what sets it off, how each week compares. Edit or delete any entry.
REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Evening check-in, morning number, new-week step-down, quit day — each with its own switch.
PRO
• Craving coach
• The full taper ladder, adjustable any time
• 90-day insights and CSV export
Yearly with a 7-day free trial, monthly, or buy it once for life. Everything free stays free.
NicDrop is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. If you use nicotine to manage a condition, talk to a clinician.
