Proof90: 90 Day Challenge
Push-Up & Squat Rep Counter
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Count push-ups and squats with your camera, free. Then take on 90 days that prove you did the work. Nothing recorded, nothing uploaded.
Most fitness apps take your word for it. You tap a box, the app says "well done", and both of you pretend something happened.
Proof90 doesn't.
For 90 days, your phone watches the work it can measure and stays honest about the rest.
COUNT A SET, FREE
• Push-ups or squats, counted by your camera, with no account
• Count out loud, and share your set as a card
• The first week of the 90-day program is free
VERIFIED BY YOUR PHONE
• Push-ups and squats counted by the camera, live, on the device
• Walks confirmed by your phone's motion sensors, after the fact
• A car trip doesn't pass as a walk, and a shaky hold doesn't pass as forty reps
HONEST ABOUT THE REST
• Food rules, sleep, cold showers — labelled honor-system, every time
• The camera missed a set? Log it on your word, recorded as exactly that
• "Verified" and "on your word" never look the same in your log
A STREAK THAT MEANS SOMETHING
• Miss a day and it stays missed, visible on your calendar
• One grace day per fortnight, which you have to spend deliberately
• No restart, no back-filling yesterday, no quietly rewritten history
YOUR BEFORE AND AFTER
• One photo a week, lined up with last week's as you take it
• They become a timelapse, built on your phone
• Progress photos never leave your device
PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
• Camera frames are processed live and never recorded, stored or uploaded
• No account, no email, no ads, no tracking across other apps
• Delete everything — phone and server — from Settings, in one tap
WHAT YOU GET WITH PRO
The full 90-day program, camera and sensor verification, weekly photos and the timelapse, reminders that name the day's tasks, and the follow-on protocols that come after day 90.
