Pick a destination, pay, and your eSIM arrives in the app and by email a few minutes later. No plastic SIM card, no store visit, no roaming bill. WHERE IT WORKS Plans for 197 countries, 11 regional plans that cover several countries on one eSIM, and a global plan. The plans are data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS. Your main SIM stays in the phone for calls and messages. BUYING TAKES A MINUTE Choose a country or region, pick a plan by data and days, enter your email and pay. Card or Apple Pay, processed by Stripe, with 3-D Secure where your bank asks for it. Prices are shown in euros or US dollars. ONE-TAP INSTALL After payment the order page shows an install button. Installing on another device? Scan the QR code or copy the SM-DP+ address and the activation code. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not on the day you buy, so you can install it at home before the trip. EVERY ESIM IN ONE PLACE An account is created for you on the email you paid with. Set a password, sign in, and you see every eSIM you bought with the data left and the expiry date, the state of each one, its install details with the QR code, and your order history. TOP UP THE SAME ESIM Running low? Top up from your account. The new data and days are added to the eSIM already in your phone, with nothing to install again. NOTIFICATIONS Allow notifications and the app tells you when an eSIM is ready and when the data is running low. WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION Your eSIM details are stored on the phone. With no signal the app still shows the saved eSIMs with their QR codes and activation codes. Installing the profile itself needs internet, any Wi-Fi will do. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL Compatibility check: dial *#06#, and if an EID line appears, your phone supports eSIM. The app carries the list of supported models, the install guide, a guide to how much data a trip needs, and the usual reasons an eSIM does not connect. A full refund within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM was never installed and the plan was never activated, under our Refund Policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.
