Clock your staff in with location and a photo. Lateness, overtime and deductions calculated automatically, with payroll reports ready to export.
Basma is an Iraqi workforce attendance platform built around location: an employee can only clock in when they are physically at the workplace.
Built for companies in Iraq, in Iraqi dinars, on Baghdad time.
FOR EMPLOYEES
• Clock in and out in a single tap
• The app confirms you are inside your worksite before accepting the punch
• Request leave, hourly or full-day, and follow its approval
• Your own record: hours worked, lateness, overtime and deductions
• Instant notifications for every decision that affects you
FOR MANAGERS
• A full admin panel inside the app: staff, schedules, payroll, reports
• Place worksites on the map and set an allowed radius for each
• Approve leave and overtime from your phone
• Deduction rules you control: lateness, absence, no response
• Request an on-the-spot presence check from any employee, answered with a photo
• Attendance and payroll reports ready to export
• An activity log showing who did what, and when
WHY BASMA
• Location is mandatory — no clocking in from home
• Photo punch: the employee photographs themselves, and it reaches their manager
• Mock-location detection — a spoofed GPS is refused
• One account bound to one device, so nobody clocks in for someone else
• Lateness and overtime are calculated automatically from each employee's schedule
• Fully bilingual Arabic and English, with complete right-to-left support
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD
Basma is a tool for companies. Your account is created by your company's manager — there is no self sign-up. If your company is not subscribed yet, contact us through our website and we will set it up.
PRIVACY
Location is read only at the moment you clock in or out, never tracked in the background. Photos are used to confirm attendance and reach your company's management only. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
There are no purchases inside the app. Subscriptions are arranged with us directly.
