Estanza helps you record the condition of a rental home at move-in and move-out, room by room, and brings it together in a clear PDF report.
WHAT’S NEW IN 1.1
• Link a completed move-in inspection to a move-out inspection and compare matching rooms, items and photo evidence side by side.
• Record a neutral comparison outcome and note what changed or was already documented.
• Import existing photos from your library. Estanza preserves the original file, records its provenance and calculates its SHA-256 checksum.
• Move a non-issue photo to the correct item if it was filed in the wrong room.
• Review any generated PDF directly in the app before sharing it.
HOW IT WORKS
• Add the property and choose a move-in or move-out inspection.
• Add rooms and follow a guided checklist for each one.
• Photograph each item, record issues, meter readings, keys and handovers.
• Generate a versioned PDF report whenever you need it; earlier reports remain unchanged.
• Export original photos, reports and an index as one zip file.
