Hub is the iPhone, iPad and Mac app for your organisation's ALMA Hub.
Every organisation runs its own hub, so the app starts by asking which one to connect to. Enter its address once and the app takes on that hub's name and colours, and keeps you signed in.
SEVERAL HUBS, SEVERAL ACCOUNTS
Sign in to more than one hub at a time, and to more than one account on the same hub. Switch between them from the header or from Settings, without signing out of any of them. Each account keeps its own session.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT KNOW WHERE THEY BELONG
Every signed-in account receives its own notifications. Opening one takes you to the right account, switching on the way if it has to. The icon badge counts what you have not read.
MEETINGS
Join your hub's video meetings and share your screen, from iPhone and iPad too. Keep a meeting in view in Picture in Picture while you work in another app. On the Mac the meeting opens in its own window, which shrinks to a small floating window when you go back to the hub. While you share your screen on the Mac you can draw straight on it with a floating toolbar, and the meeting itself is kept out of what the others see.
FILES, ALSO OFFLINE
Browse your hub's Storage, keep files and folders on the device to open without a connection, and save downloads where you want them (to Files through the share sheet on iPhone and iPad). Shared file, booking and meeting links open straight in the app, even when you are not signed in.
AT HOME ON YOUR DEVICE
The system's own tab bar, menus, alerts and share sheet, with haptics on iPhone.
SIGN IN WITH A PASSKEY
Use Face ID, Touch ID or your device's screen lock instead of a password. Settings shows your passkeys and every device signed in to your account, and signs any of them out.
EVERYTHING YOUR HUB OFFERS
File storage, media tools, Studio, mail campaigns, time tracking and the rest of your hub's apps, with the same permissions your administrator gave you.
Hub requires an existing ALMA Hub and an account on it.
