Multiplayer has arrived in Train Rumble! Play 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 team matches, or race against nine other trains across 10 different tracks. - Team up to collect passengers and finish with the highest score when the four-minute timer ends. - Race for three laps on 10 unique circuits, including six asphalt tracks and four sand courses. Choose any scenery theme independently from the track. - Join a quick match, browse public rooms, or create a named public or private room. Share a room code to bring friends aboard. - Choose your team before a match. Room hosts can select Valley, Desert, Snow, or Rain and start with AI teammates filling empty seats. - Race hosts can select the track and theme. NPC drivers fill unused positions on the 10-train starting grid. - Add friends with friend codes, see when they’re online or racing, and send invitations. - Show off your train design and colours. Use the horn and emotes to communicate. - Follow live team scores, train standings, race positions, and lap progress. - After a match, see passenger totals, personal bests, knockouts, and derailments. Race results show the full finishing order. - If your connection drops, you have 20 seconds to rejoin while AI drives your train. AI also takes over for players who leave. Online team matches and races are free to play. Solo perks, coins, quests, and energy do not affect them.
