Each morning your night appears as a landscape you can explore and play back, and the Remedy Lab shows how the things you change compare on your own nights.
YOUR NIGHT, AS A LANDSCAPE
Loudness becomes terrain. Snoring glows along the ridges, sleep talk hangs as small lanterns, and coughs and other noises sit along the ground. Drag across it to see any minute, then play back the night's clips.
WHAT IT FINDS
• Snoring: minutes and share of the night, the first snore and the loudest 15 minutes
• Sleep talk, written down on your iPhone where your language supports on-device transcription, and shareable as a quote card
• Coughs and noises — a dog, traffic, a door — with short clips
• Fans, air conditioning and sound machines are recognised as steady background, not counted as snoring
• Long talking or a TV is kept apart from sleep talk

MADE FOR THE BEDSIDE
Start the night with one tap and lock your phone. Ending the night needs a one-second hold, so a sleepy tap can't stop it. The night is saved every five minutes as it goes, so if iOS closes the app, what was recorded is kept.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Sounds are recognised on the device by Apple's built-in sound analysis. Recordings, transcripts and tags stay on your iPhone: no account, no server, no tracking.
Snorescape records and compares sounds. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Detection can miss or mislabel sounds. If snoring worries you, talking to a clinician may be helpful.
