Voice notes to text, for meetings, lectures and every idea on the go. Hold record and talk: My Folio Voice transcribes it, gives the note a title and a short summary, and files it into one of your own folders. Every note lands in the day it happened and stays searchable.

Record a meeting, a class, an interview or a voice memo. The transcript tells the speakers apart, and the recording stays with the note. Long recordings are fine. Turn a meeting into minutes with the decisions and action items pulled out.

A note takes a title, a short summary and one of your own folders, chosen to match what you said. No folders to build, nothing to name.
A PLANNER THAT FITS YOUR DAY
Plan your day by voice or by hand. To-dos sit in Anytime, or in Morning, Midday, Afternoon and Evening, with the hours set to your own day, or at an exact time when you want one. Repeating to-dos come back on their own: birthdays every year, bills every month, the shop every week. Say "Vanessa's birthday is October 5th, rent is due on the 1st every month" and each one lands on its own date. The calendar shows every day's to-dos at a glance.
SEARCH, THEN ASK
Search covers what you typed and everything you said. Ask Folio answers questions from your own notes, with the dates it drew from.
NO ACCOUNT, NOTHING TO SET UP
No sign-up, no email, no password. Notes you have opened stay readable without a signal.
TWO APPS, ONE NOTEBOOK
My Folio Voice is the phone half of My Folio, the handwriting notebook for tablets. Pair them with a six-digit code: what you say on the street is on today's page by the time you sit down, and one subscription covers both.
YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS
Connect Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive for a nightly one-way backup that saves each note as a PDF in a My Folio folder. One row in Settings erases every note and recording from our servers. Your notes are never used to train models, never sold, and never used for advertising.
PRICING
Writing, recording, typing, the planner and search are free. The free plan includes 25 AI actions a month. Starter and Pro subscriptions raise that: Starter for everyday use, and Pro with no monthly limit (fair use applies). Prices are shown in the app, in your currency. A subscription that lapses only puts you back on the free plan; no note turns read-only.
WHAT COUNTS AS AN AI ACTION
Transcribing a recording, planning your day by voice and asking your notebook a question. Typing, planning by hand and searching never count, and the title, summary and folder a note gets afterwards are free.
There is no version history yet: if you delete a note, it is deleted. Handwriting and PDF markup live in My Folio on the tablet.
