Save a recipe from anywhere, plan your week, shop for it, and cook it hands-free, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with everything kept in sync through iCloud. SAVE ANY RECIPE Paste a link and Sprig pulls in the ingredients, steps, times and photo. When a site has no recipe markup, a blog, a JavaScript-heavy page, it falls back to reading the page, then to on-device Apple Intelligence. Snap a cookbook page, a handwritten card or a screenshot and it becomes a proper recipe you can edit before saving. COOK MODE Step-by-step cooking with the screen kept awake, timers built into the steps, and a checklist for ingredients. Say "next step" to move on with your hands covered in flour. PLAN THE WEEK Drag recipes onto days, or ask for a plan: "five dinners, two vegetarian, use up the chicken." Sprig drafts it from your own library and tells you why it picked each dish. One tap turns the week into a shopping list. SHOPPING LIST Ingredients from every planned recipe, combined and de-duplicated, grouped by aisle, and ticked off as you shop. SMART PANTRY Track what you have, scan shelves with the camera, and see what you can cook tonight without another trip to the shop. SHARE WITH FAMILY Share a single recipe or a whole collection, a family cookbook, with view or edit access. Changes appear for everyone, live. It runs on iCloud, so nobody needs another account.
