ReportAi is the field half of an inspection: capture the site properly, and leave with your findings already written up.
Walk the job, photograph and caption as you go, place locations on the plan, and speak your observations instead of typing them. ReportAi keeps every photo, note and reading against the right area, level or elevation — then drafts a Summary of Findings from your own notes and exports it to Word.
ON SITE
• Upload a floor plan or site plan — or start on a blank sheet — and pin locations and flags directly onto it, with the direction you were facing
• A layout built for the field: the plan gets the screen to itself, with tools above and below it in portrait and at the sides in landscape
• Capture photos and caption them as you go, so nothing needs identifying later
• Speak your observations — voice notes are transcribed against the item they describe
• Annotate photos with every tool on screen: arrows, callouts, measurements, areas, angles and highlights, all re-editable, plus brightness and contrast
• Organise a job by area, level or elevation, so a multi-storey site stays readable
• Works offline — capture needs no connection; drafting and sync do
• Photo evidence: each photo taken in the app records the date, time and GPS position your device reports, listed in a Photo Evidence Log in your report. Location is optional — the photo is always taken
• Weather at the inspection filled in for you, plus a line for recent rainfall
• Use the app in English or Arabic — switch from the menu at any time, and your report is written in the same language
WHAT YOU LEAVE SITE WITH
• One Report screen with every export, and a checklist that shows what is still missing
• A Summary of Findings drafted from your own notes and captions, ready to edit
• A Word document containing that summary, your findings with their photos, the site levels and your standard limitations
• Your photos exported full size, and the whole job saved as a project file on your device
FLOOR LEVELS AND CONTOURS
• Record spot levels across a room or a whole building and generate contour plots
• Export the survey as CSV, or to CAD as a DXF with the plan attached
Level and contour outputs are indicative and are not a substitute for a licensed surveyor.
WHERE THE FULL REPORT IS WRITTEN
The app is built for the site visit. The full client-ready inspection report — cover page, contents, written sections and photo appendix — is produced on the ReportAi website at reportai.au, using the same account and the same job.

New layout built for site work: the plan now gets the screen to itself, with nothing on top of it. Tools sit above and below it in portrait, and at the sides in landscape. All reports and exports are now on one Report screen, with a checklist that shows what's still missing. Photo annotation shows every tool by name, including brightness and contrast.
Also in this update:
- Save Project saves to your device, and imports bring back every photo.
- Your account name and email show in the menu, and signing out works reliably.
- Double-tapping no longer zooms the app.
- On iPhone and iPad, after aiming a new location, tap Take photo to open the camera.
- Reports follow the app's language, and mixed Arabic and English text reads in the right direction.
