Agreement Template Creation turns an executed agreement into a reusable Word template.
Drop a contract (Word, PDF, scanned PDF or image, in English or French). The app detects the deal-specific details — parties, representatives, addresses, registration numbers, dates, amounts, numbers of shares, e-mail addresses, bank details — and proposes a named variable for each: [Company name of the Seller], [Registered office of the Seller], [Date of birth of the Purchaser]…
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Every detection is shown highlighted in the document, next to an editable list.
• Rename a variable, ignore one occurrence, exclude an item everywhere, or select any text to create a variable the app missed.
• Uncertain detections are flagged “to check” and left untouched until you decide.
A CLEAN WORD FILE
• Original formatting is preserved for .docx files; variables are highlighted in yellow.
• Tracked changes are accepted and deleted text is purged; comments, hyperlinks, document properties and images (logos, signatures) are removed.
• After export, the app searches the whole file — body, headers, footnotes, metadata — for any replaced value that might remain, and tells you.
• A separate correspondence table (variable → original value) can be saved for your own records.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything happens on your Mac, using Apple's on-device frameworks (Natural Language, Vision, PDFKit). Your documents are never uploaded. No account, no analytics, no tracking.
SMART NAMING
The app reads the defined terms of the agreement — (the "Seller"), hereinafter the "Purchaser", ci-après le « Cédant » — and names variables accordingly, in the language of the document.
TRY IT FIRST
Three agreements can be exported as templates free of charge. Opening, analysing and reviewing a document is always free — only exporting is counted, and re-exporting the same agreement never uses another trial. After that, a single in-app purchase unlocks the app for good: no subscription, no per-document fee, and it works on all your Macs signed in with the same Apple Account.
IMPORTANT
Automatic detection is never exhaustive, and the app does not rewrite deal-specific clauses. It is a drafting aid: always review the template before reusing it. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee anonymisation within the meaning of data-protection law.
