감정일기
오늘 기분을 색깔로 고르고, 짧은 일기로 남겨요. 뭐 때문인지 이유를 하나 고르면 그에 맞는 방식부터 추천해드려요.
스트레스 해소 20가지 이상
부수기, 찢기, 저주인형, 캔 찌그러뜨리기, 뽁뽁이 터뜨리기처럼 손 가는 대로 골라서 스트레스를 몸으로 흘려보내요. 유리, 나무, 불, 물, 왁스, 금속 등 질감별 소리까지 진짜처럼 재현했어요.
