Habteab Academy Plus
English lessons in Tigrinya
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Habteab Academy Plus is an English course built for Tigrinya speakers, from the people who teach it in the classroom every day.
Every lesson is a short video taught in Tigrinya, so nothing is lost in translation. You watch the lesson, then check what you have learned with a unit exam that marks your answers straight away.
WHAT YOU GET
• Video lessons taught in Tigrinya, grouped into levels and units
• A unit exam with instant marking and unlimited free retakes
• Five word games to build vocabulary: Word Match, Speed Definition, Spelling Bee, Hangman and Odd One Out
• A vocabulary list that grows as you learn, with daily review
• XP, streaks and hearts to keep the habit going
HOW IT WORKS
Open the app and start learning. No account is needed and there is nothing to fill in first — your progress is saved from the first lesson. Sign in with Apple or Google whenever you like, so your lessons and scores follow you to a new phone.
FREE TO USE
The app is free. There is nothing to buy and no subscription.
STILL GROWING
The course is being added to all the time. New lessons and units arrive as they are recorded.
