Easy Photo Manager is a photo and video library for your Mac that works entirely offline. No account, no sign-in, no cloud service, and no analytics — the app has no network permission at all, so nothing you do in it can ever leave your Mac unless you deliberately export a copy or save a backup yourself.
FIND WHAT'S WASTING YOUR SPACE
Duplicate Photos scans your library and groups exact copies — byte-for-byte identical files, wherever they came from — with a suggested keeper and a clear "recover this much space" total before anything is touched.
Similar Photos goes further, finding near-duplicates and burst sequences: recompressed copies, resizes, and the five-shot sequence from one moment you meant to pick one from. Compare them side by side, choose a keeper, and clear out the rest.
Photo Quality flags photos worth a second look — blurry, under- or over-exposed, low-resolution, or an accidental screenshot — so you can review and clean up without scrolling through everything yourself.
Every removal goes to the macOS Trash behind one confirmation that states exactly how many files and how much space, and can be undone from there like anything else. Nothing is ever deleted permanently by this app.
EDIT WITHOUT RISK
A full non-destructive editor — Light, Colour, Detail, Geometry and Effects, plus crop and rotate — with Before/After and a dedicated Undo history. Your original file is never modified: edits are a recipe the app keeps, and the edited version you see is rendered from it. Auto Enhance offers a one-tap starting point from a local, explainable analysis of your photo — reset or undo it at any time, exactly like every other edit.
ORGANISE YOUR WAY
Albums, folders, favourites, star ratings, titles, captions and keywords. Search and filter across your whole library, or inside one album. Batch rename with a mandatory preview before anything changes.
VIDEO, ALONGSIDE YOUR PHOTOS
Import videos on their own or mixed in with photos, kept in place or copied into the library. Each one shows a poster frame and its length, and plays right in the viewer. Albums, favourites, keywords, search and the Trash all work on a video exactly as they do on a photo. Exporting a video makes an exact, byte-for-byte copy of the original file — nothing is ever re-encoded.
IMPORT YOUR WAY
Bring in photos and videos from any folder or external drive. Choose to copy them into the app's managed library, or simply reference them where they already live — your choice, every time you import.
EXPORT ON YOUR TERMS
Export one photo or a whole album with full control over format (JPEG, HEIC, PNG or TIFF), quality, size, and whether metadata like location comes along for the ride.
BACK UP LOCALLY
Create a local backup of your library at any time and restore from it later, with a validated preview before anything is put back. Backups stay on your Mac, under your control, going nowhere unless you move them yourself.
BUILT TO BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR PHOTOS
Everything above is enforced, not just promised: Easy Photo Manager runs inside Apple's App Sandbox with no network-client entitlement declared, so the operating system itself would refuse any outgoing connection even if the app tried to make one. There is no third-party code, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
