Log breast milk, formula, mixed bottles, breastfeeding, wet or soiled diapers, and pumping. Start with previous bottle or pumping amounts, enter exact volumes, and add an earlier time or note. Undo an accidental quick entry, and review edits and deleted records.

Add a summary widget with bottle, family pumping, and diaper totals plus quick actions. Choose individual Pee, Poo, Both, or Bottle controls for your Home or Lock Screen. Diaper actions open Swaddle to save; Bottle opens the editor for review. Use Siri to record care and ask about feeding totals or the latest feed. Your device authenticates before reading or changing the family log.

For premature babies, compare corrected and actual age. Tap a measurement for its details, and choose kilograms or pounds and ounces for weight.
