Scan a receipt once and find it whenever you need it. Totals, items and dates are read on your device and synced privately with iCloud. Receipts keeps a copy of everything you buy, so returns, warranties and expense claims never turn into a hunt through drawers and email. SCAN OR IMPORT Hold your iPhone over a receipt and the pages are captured automatically. Multi-page receipts and invoices stay together, and you can import a PDF instead of scanning. DETAILS FILLED IN FOR YOU Text is recognized on your device, and Apple Intelligence suggests the store, the date, the total, the currency and the item names. Check them, fix anything, and save. REMEMBER WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE Add a photo of what you bought. The app tags colours and objects so you can search by appearance, not just by what was printed. SEARCH THE WAY YOU THINK Type an item, a store, a colour or a month. "Blue shoes", "Green Market" or "August" all work, and you can narrow results to this month or this year. EXPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT Save any receipt as a PDF to Files, or save its pages to Photos, ready for a return desk or an expense report. SAFE IN ICLOUD Receipts sync privately through your own iCloud account. Reinstall on a new device and everything comes back. Nothing is sent to any other server. DESIGNED FOR IPHONE AND IPAD A calm, focused library that works in light and dark mode. Available in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish. Apple Intelligence features require a compatible device with Apple Intelligence turned on. Without it you can still scan, search and enter details by hand. SUBSCRIPTION Scanning, search and export are free. iCloud backup and sync is available with an optional auto-renewable subscription, Receipts Cloud, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
