IT SAYS WHAT IT MISSED If a call or another app takes the microphone, most recorders lose that stretch silently. Minutae marks it in the transcript and shows what percentage of the meeting it actually recorded. A partly recorded meeting is never presented as a whole one. ON YOUR IPHONE, NOT ON A SERVER Speech becomes text on the device. There is no account, no upload and no server — the recording and the text stay where they were made, and the app works with no signal at all. MARK THE MOMENT THAT MATTERS One tap while recording drops a bookmark, so the decision you will need on Thursday is easy to find on Thursday. SEND IT ON Export as plain text or Markdown, with the timestamps and the gaps included. ON DEVICES WITH APPLE INTELLIGENCE Minutae can summarise a meeting and pull out the action items, again without sending anything anywhere. TRANSCRIPTION LANGUAGES Text is produced in English, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Cantonese.
