Bugfix

Version 2.0 introduces a new detailed miniature view of Munich with a real public transit focus. • New 3D miniature world with Munich streets, buildings and landmarks • Bus, tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn displayed clearly • New weather and time-of-day visualization • Improved map view and smoother interaction • New vehicles and additional content • Advertising and optional in-app purchases • Numerous stability and performance improvements

This update is about how Munich sounds, and how its hills sit. NEW • Music in the 3D miniature view: six ambient pieces that follow the weather and the time of day — one at dawn, one through the day, one at dusk, one at night, and one each for rain and snow. It mixes with whatever you are already listening to and respects the silent switch, so it never interrupts your own music. • A "Background Music" switch in the sources sheet, if you would rather have it off. Your choice is remembered between launches. FIXED • The miniature's terrain was being drawn about four and a half times too high, which made Munich look like a mountain city. The relief now sits at twice the true height — still a diorama, but recognisably Munich.

This update is mostly about how Munich looks and how it moves. NEW • A branded launch screen — the app opens on the flat map immediately and builds the 3D city behind it, so there is no empty map to wait on. • Tram and bus stops are drawn with their platforms and shelters. • Ballasted track bed under the tram, S-Bahn and regional lines. • Three more landmarks: Siegestor, Sendlinger Tor and Maxmonument. • Merged buildings get their rooftops cut back into individual roofs. FIXED • At night, most buildings are lit instead of sitting in silhouette. • Route lines no longer sink below the ground. • Vehicles at far zoom cluster by direction and stop flickering. • Picking a vehicle up is smooth — it runs at full frame rate now. • Panning and zooming redraw far less, so the map is steadier.
