Breathe Easy is a breathing timer for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps going with the screen off: the session stays on the Lock Screen, and on your wrist the watch taps out every phase. Pick a rhythm, lock your iPhone, put it face down and breathe: the sound cues carry on, and the Lock Screen shows the phase.
