Shows what data is inside a photo: location, camera, date, sometimes your name. Removes it and gives you a clean copy. Everything happens on your device. Every photo contains invisible extra data: where it was taken, accurate to a few metres, the date and time, the camera model and sometimes the owner's name. EXIF Cleaner shows you this data and removes it before you pass the photo on. • Shows the coordinates, camera, lens, date taken and owner name stored in the file • JPEG: the metadata is removed, the image itself is not recompressed • HEIC stays HEIC, with the same dimensions and colour space • PNG stays lossless • Your original is never changed. You share or save a clean copy • After cleaning, the app checks the copy again and tells you if any personal data is left • Processing happens on your device.
