Shrinks a PDF to the size an upload form or mail server allows: 1, 2, 5, 10 MB or your own value. Before you send it, you see how readable it remains. Application portals, authorities and mail servers limit the file size. In PDF Mail Fit you set that limit, for example 2 MB, and get a PDF that stays below it. If that is not possible, the app tells you so instead of producing an unreadable document. • Presets for 1, 2, 5 and 10 MB, or your own value in KB or MB • "Text only" mode for letters, forms and scans: pure black and white at print resolution with a very small file size. A scanned letter that only fits the limit at 26 dpi in colour stays clearly readable at 300 dpi this way • Filled-in form fields, comments and stamps remain visible • Before you send, the app rates the readability of the result: sharp, readable or rough • The file name is kept, the original is never overwritten • Hand over PDFs straight from Mail or Files with "Open in PDF Mail Fit" • A PDF that is already small enough is left unchanged • Processing happens on your device. No upload, no account, no tracking Free: two documents a day with all features. One-time purchase "Unlimited": no daily limit. Important: to reach the target size, the pages are converted to images. Text can then no longer be selected or searched. The app asks before converting.
