Rules pause apps on their own. Time saved carries you from Earth to new planets. Start with a quiet Home Screen: only app names, on any wallpaper.
You unlock your phone to check one thing, then open another app. Another dashboard to read, another reminder to dismiss.
AnySpace starts with your Home Screen: a short list of app names in quiet type. No background box, on any wallpaper. Tap a name to open the app. No account, no ads.
WHAT CHANGES
• Slide to lock. Screen Time blocks everything except the apps you allow, wherever you open it from. Phone and Messages are allowed by default.
• Let rules close apps for you, even with AnySpace closed.
• See your time saved in large type, with a line about what that time could have been.
• Keep a record of your day streak, focus hours, planets found and a year of your weeks.
RULES THAT RUN ON THEIR OWN
• Session: block apps from now for a while.
• Schedule: block at set times on set days.
• Time limit: set a daily amount, then the apps are blocked.
• Open limit: allow a number of opens a day, a few minutes each.
While a rule runs, AnySpace's home shows it as a lock with the time left.
FROM EARTH OUTWARD
Start on the real Earth, turning with its Moon. Time saved by locks and rules carries you outward: Moon, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune. Overlapping time counts once. At three hours a day, Neptune is about two months away.
Each planet you reach can become the app's theme and your wallpaper. Pro adds six worlds beyond the Sun right away.
A PAUSE BEFORE YOU UNLOCK
A short breathing pause comes first. Then keep the lock, take a 2–30 minute break or unlock.
YOUR WIDGET, YOUR APPS
Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget and pick any app installed on your iPhone. Open apps by tapping their names. Pro lets you put a different list in each widget.
Use the AnySpace control in Control Center, on the Lock Screen or with the Action button. Shortcuts are supported too. Pro also lets you lock with a Focus.
