Are you charging enough for your cakes?
BakeTally is the simple pricing and order app for home bakers and small cake businesses. Put in what you pay for your ingredients, add your recipes, and BakeTally tells you in plain English what a bake costs you, what your time is worth, and what to charge.
No spreadsheets. No jargon. Just four tabs: Orders, Quotes, Recipes and More.
FREE, FOR GOOD
• Cost as many recipes as you like
• 60 everyday UK ingredients already in, with typical shop prices — just correct the ones you know
• Cups, spoons, grams, ounces, millilitres — BakeTally converts them properly, and tells you when it can't rather than guessing
• Boxes, boards, ribbon and toppers
• Your hourly rate and running costs (gas, electric, insurance) spread fairly across your orders
• Change the price of butter once and see which bakes it affects
BAKETALLY PRO — 14 DAYS FREE, NO CARD NEEDED
• Quotes your customer can read on their phone — they never see your costs or your profit
• A sent quote keeps its price, even if your ingredient prices change later
• An order diary with a reminder the day before each collection
• Deposits and payments against every order, so you always know who still owes what
• Invoices as a PDF, numbered for you
• Take a card payment on your own SumUp reader, straight from the order
• One shopping list for the whole week's orders — tick off what you've already got
• A light customer list, so you know where each cake is going
• Export your payments as a spreadsheet for your accountant or your tax software
WORKS IN YOUR KITCHEN
• Works without signal, and catches up when you're back online
• Start straight away — no sign-up. Add an email later to keep your recipes safe and move to a new phone
• Your data is yours: export it or delete it any time
Your trial starts when you save your first quote. After that BakeTally Pro is £2.99 a month or £19.99 a year. Costing your recipes stays free either way, and you can always open the app and export your records.
BakeTally Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
BakeTally keeps your records — it doesn't file your tax return and it never holds your money.
