TEMPLATES AND BATCH PROCESSING • Save crops and print settings as a template • Edit, search and favourite templates • Start with built-in templates for whole pages, upper halves and lower halves • Process multiple PDFs with the same template and prepare all labels for printing together YOUR LABELS, YOUR LAYOUT • Select areas on individual PDF pages and adjust the crop frame • Create, edit and delete multiple labels per document • Change a label’s type, for example from shipping label to customs form • Name custom crops, such as “Barcode” or “Return label” • Switch clearly between PDF pages and labels • Undo changes ADJUST THE PRINT PREVIEW • Choose an output size and orientation, and rotate labels • Adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness and saturation in the preview • Optionally add text, a date in EU or US format, or a logo • Export a separate print PDF or open the system print dialog OPTIONAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW Record shipments, set your own shipping rates and keep track of total costs and destination countries. Review and change a detected country; detection depends on the PDF content. Shipments are recorded only when you add them, not when you preview or print. LOCAL AND OFFLINE PDF processing works offline on your device. Your original PDF stays unchanged. Personal templates, settings and recorded shipments are stored locally. Add text and images only in designated blank areas. Covering addresses, barcodes or required information can invalidate labels. Check the preview and paper size before printing.
