Plume Focus: ADHD App Blocker

Pomodoro timer & calendar

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Meet Plume, a cheerful little peacock who's always glad you showed up. Every focus session you finish gives Plume a new colour for its tail. Five minutes counts. A meeting counts. Getting started is the hard part, so Plume makes it small, friendly and rewarding. MADE FOR BRAINS THAT HATE BORING TIMERS • Start in one tap: 5, 25 or 50 minutes, or your own length • A real reward the moment you finish: a new colour, a happy peacock and a little celebration • No streaks to break and nothing held against you when you stop early WORKS FROM YOUR LOCK SCREEN • When an event starts, Plume asks one question: "Session started?" • Answer Yes right from the notification. You don't need to open the app • A Live Activity keeps the session on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Sessions end quietly. Your new colour is waiting when you come back BLOCK DISTRACTIONS, GENTLY • Pick the apps and sites that pull you away, and Plume pauses them during sessions using Apple's Screen Time • They come back the moment the session ends • Leave out the apps your meetings run in YOUR CALENDAR, ALREADY THERE • See your iCloud, Google and Outlook events and turn any of them into focus time • Add your own sessions, with repeats, reminders and an optional real alarm • Write a tiny first step ("open the doc") so starting is easier CALM WHEN YOU NEED IT • Calm motion mode, large text sizes and Dark Mode • A gentle chime that follows your silent switch • On iPhone and iPad, in 10 languages PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking • Your data stays on your iPhone, with optional sync through your own private iCloud • Plume never sees which apps you block. Only iOS does Plume's design is built on published research about ADHD, motivation and attention, and you can read the sources in the app. Plume is a productivity tool, not a medical treatment.
