Tune up. Keep time. Sound great. A tuner, metronome, chords, and scales for guitar, ukulele, and banjo, together in one focused practice companion. A little less setup. A little more playing. Bellbird brings a tuner, metronome, chord library, and scale practice together in one focused app for guitar, ukulele, and 5-string banjo. Get your strings in tune, settle into a rhythm, find your next chord, and learn the neck. TUNE UP Know where you stand with clear note detection and pitch feedback. See how far you're sharp or flat and make small adjustments with confidence. Let Bellbird follow your strings automatically, or choose a string yourself. KEEP TIME A metronome is one of the most important parts of any practice routine. Tap a tempo or dial one in, set the beats per measure and subdivisions, and add an accent to the first beat. Visual beat indicators help you follow along as you play. SOUND GREAT Find chord shapes with clear diagrams and numbered fingerings. Select a root, chord quality, and bass note, then explore alternative shapes. Pin the chord qualities you use most so they're always one tap away. LEARN THE NECK See any scale on your instrument — pentatonics, blues, the modes, and more — with the scale degrees on every note and the roots marked. Move between positions, then practice along with the metronome. Bellbird counts you in and plays the scale one note per beat while each note lights up, in one position, in several, or up and down the whole neck. MADE FOR PRACTICE A calm interface keeps the essentials easy to see and close at hand. Whether you're picking up your first ukulele, practicing banjo rolls, or reaching for your guitar after a long day, Bellbird helps you get straight to the music. Tune up. Keep time. Sound great.

Chord Sets. One of the best ways to break down a tricky tune is to isolate the chord changes and practice them at a slower tempo. Bellbird lets you build a Chord Set so you can focus on just the parts of the song that need the most work. Start slow and gradually raise the tempo until it sounds right. Scales. Understanding the fretboard is the key to the music theory behind your favorite riffs. It's also one of the most commonly skipped parts of learning an instrument. Take the time to learn the notes on the neck, the different types of scales, and how the scales relate to each other, and you'll unlock a whole new level of playing. The chord browser has a new look, and some chord shapes were adjusted to be easier to play. The tuner keeps the screen on while you tune, waits for a plucked note to settle before calling it in tune, and keeps reading until the note fades out. A note decay setting lets you choose how long the tuner keeps listening.
