Mileage Tracker records your trips on its own and turns them into a report that adds up. No limit on the number of trips, no feature locked away.
AUTOMATIC, EVEN WITH THE APP CLOSED
Your phone notices that you are driving and the app starts by itself. When you arrive, you get one notification: business or personal. That is all you need to do.
COMPLETE, NOT ROUGHLY RIGHT
• Date, time, start and end address and odometer reading for every trip
• A warning as soon as a gap appears in your log
• Split a trip if you made a personal detour on the way

IRS STANDARD MILEAGE RATE BUILT IN
The app applies the IRS standard mileage rate: 76 cents per business mile from July 1, 2026. Earlier trips get the rate that applied on their date: 72.5 cents from January to June 2026, 70 cents in 2025. Distances are in miles, amounts in dollars.
15 COUNTRIES, OR YOUR OWN RATE
Official rates are built in for the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Anywhere else, you enter your own rate. You can also replace the official rate with what your employer pays, and the report says so. The app detects your country when you set it up, and a trip across a border never changes it.

YOUR TRIPS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
No account, no server, no syncing. Everything lives in a database on this device. We cannot see your trips, not even if we wanted to.
WHY UNLIMITED
Other mileage apps cut your month off at forty trips. This one does not. The app pays its way with one ad in your log. To remove it, there is a subscription or a one-time purchase. Every feature keeps working either way.
During a trip, your miles show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

New: backup. Your trips and settings go to your own iCloud automatically, and come right back after a reinstall or on a new iPhone. With a backup file you can also take them to Android. We still have no server and can't access your data. Also fixed a crash that could happen in the background after restarting your phone.
