A heart for the songs you love, and Delete from Device. - Tap the heart on Now Playing: the song goes into Liked Songs, at the top of Home, newest first. Like and Unlike are in every song's menu too. - Liked Songs has its own cover, a heart in your Look's colors. Rename it if you like: it keeps your name. - The heart is in CarPlay and on Apple Watch too. - Delete from Device, in a song's menu: Kasset asks first, then deletes the file and takes it out of every playlist. If it is playing, the next song plays. - Delete several at once: Edit, tick the songs, then the trash. - Fixed: while something played, the mini player covered the Edit bar on iPhone.

Free audiobooks you can browse and find as you type, and Send nearby that tops up a playlist. - Free audiobooks: shelves such as Mystery, Adventure and Sci-fi & fantasy, the most listened to first. - Search finds a book as you type, even offline, and even with a typo. - Each book is listed once, with its length. Play a sample right from the list. - Send nearby to someone who already has the playlist: they can update it, and only the new songs come over. - Help ▸ Share Kasset sends a friend the App Store link.

Free audiobooks: classics read by LibriVox volunteers, right in Kasset. - + ▸ Free audiobooks…: the most listened to, or search by title or author, in five languages. - Hear a chapter first, then add the book. It keeps its place, plays offline and shows in CarPlay. - + is now where you add everything: a folder, audio files, a computer over Wi-Fi, or a free book. - Sort by date added follows the date the Files app shows, and Oldest first is the exact reverse. - A big library no longer makes Kasset look frozen: making a playlist shows how far it is. - With Display Zoom or large text, the song's picture stays large on the player. - Adding a song a playlist already has now says so.

Kasset now speaks German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. - Siri: "Play Morning Coffee in Kasset", "Resume my book in Kasset". - Send a playlist to a phone nearby: a code on your screen, and Kasset on theirs takes it whole. Or share it as one folder, with its lyrics and cover. - Kasset Pro in the car: Most played, Recently added, Forgotten favorites and Moods at the top of Playlists. Every Shuffle is Smart shuffle, and even loudness is on from the start. - Kasset Pro: an equalizer per output. The car, your headphones and a speaker each keep their own sound. - A playlist lists each song once, even when a folder holds two copies. - Play picks up where you were after the app was closed, and a book pauses while your navigation speaks. - Easier on the battery.

Sort a playlist by date added, newest or oldest first, to find the songs you added last. Any sort can now go either way: A to Z or Z to A. A playlist keeps the sort you choose, so songs you add to its folder later land in their place. Your order brings back the order you had.

CarPlay marks what's playing: the playlist or book that's on, and the song in its list and in Recent. Tap the line under the song's title in Now Playing to open its playlist. Songs in CarPlay show their artwork, in a playlist and in Up Next. On iOS 26, CarPlay looks like the music apps you know: Play and Shuffle at the top of a playlist, and your latest playlists pinned at the top.

CarPlay now shows your playlists, books and recent plays. Open a playlist on the car screen and pick any song; books pick up where you left them. Kasset is on Apple Watch: start a playlist or a book from your wrist and control what your iPhone plays. If it isn't there, install it in the Watch app on your iPhone. Kasset now runs on iPad, with the player beside your library, Up next alongside, and folders you can drag in from Files. Lyrics now show in the player, where the cover was, and full-screen lyrics are centred. Make covers for a whole playlist at once: playlist menu, Make covers for all songs. Kasset Pro: Auto lyric sync listens on your device and lines timed lyrics up with the singing, or tap the line you hear to sync it.

Albums now play straight through, with no gap between songs. Send music from any computer on your Wi-Fi: Home menu, Add music, From a computer over Wi-Fi.
