Adds CLI integration on Mac (requires the Echocue CLI tool) to import Markdown and Echocue documents into the app library, with cross-device access through the existing Pro iCloud sync.
Fixes table-of-contents navigation and style detection for the paragraph at the cursor. On iPad, the outline adapts between a sidebar and a panel to improve rotation and Split View use.
