Quarter Turn is a voice-guided posing practice app built for competitive bodybuilding and physique athletes - every NPC and IFBB Pro division, with the actual mandatory pose sequences, judging criteria, and attire rules for each. Practice like you're on stage Run through your division's real pose sequence with spoken cues and hold timers, captured on photo or video so you can review your form. Judge Mode randomizes timing and pose order the way a real head judge would call it, so you're never just memorizing a pattern. Set up for your space Everyone's posing space is different. Before each session, choose the front or back camera and zoom to frame your whole physique. Quarter Turn remembers your setup. Set how long you get to reach your position, and add a short rest between poses if you want one. Every division, done right Men's and Women's Bodybuilding, 212, Classic Physique, Men's Physique, Wheelchair, Women's Physique, Figure, Bikini, Wellness, Fit Model, and Fitness - each with its own accurate pose sequence and judging notes. Build your own routine Use the Custom Routine Builder to create and save your own practice sequences, including full posing routines for divisions that require them. Your private media library Every session is organized by division and date. Record a full video session as one continuous video and jump straight to any pose. Zoom in on any photo to inspect detail, and compare two photos side by side, then save them as a single picture to keep or share, so you can track how your conditioning changes throughout your prep. Work with a coach Invite your coach directly in the app. They can review your sessions, leave feedback, and assign routines, and you're notified when they do. Only your coach, and any assistant coach they add, can see your sessions, and access ends the moment you unlink. For coaches Manage your roster in one place. Review athletes' sessions and leave notes on the exact pose or moment in a video, build a custom routine for any athlete, and assign it with a due date. Coaches subscribe to a plan based on the size of their roster. Quarter Turn is free to explore. A Show-Cycle Pass, or an All-Access Monthly or Annual membership, unlocks full posing sessions when you're ready to start training. Show-Cycle Pass: 16 weeks of access for a one-time payment. It does not renew. All-Access Monthly and All-Access Annual: auto-renewing subscriptions that start with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
