PLAN YOUR WEEK
See your upcoming sessions, request new times and ask to amend a booking. Ksania reviews requests before confirming them. An available prepaid package credit is required to request a new session.
KEEP YOUR FOOD JOURNAL
Take or choose a meal photo, quickly log a meal, or add notes and nutrition values yourself. Revisit past entries in Log history. Your journal helps you and Ksania keep the conversation going between sessions.
MAKE TIME TO RECOVER
Request studio sauna time and keep recovery plans alongside your training schedule. Sauna requests are subject to trainer approval and do not guarantee exclusive use.
STAY CONNECTED
Send private questions, review replies, check your available package sessions and add confirmed sessions to your calendar.
GET STARTED
Create an account with your email and password. No invitation code is needed. Ksania reviews new accounts before booking is available. Existing clients can have their account connected to their studio profile after identity confirmation. Training sessions and sauna services are booked separately from downloading the app.
