Anti-addiction for overwork

Mac
Think of it as an anti-addiction system for work. A menu bar focus timer with countdown and a full-screen five-minute break. Let rest becomes part of the work.
Focus deeply. Then actually step away.
It’s Time is a quiet, low-distraction focus timer designed for your Mac menu bar. It keeps the time visible without taking over your workspace—and when a session ends, it gives you a clear reason to leave the screen and rest.
Choose a 25, 45, or 60-minute focus session. During the final three seconds, an optional full-screen countdown helps you wrap up. Then a five-minute break screen appears with a friendly illustration and a simple rest timer.
When you’re ready to return, press Esc and choose whether to keep resting or begin the next 25-minute session.
Features:
• Always-visible countdown in the menu bar
• 25, 45, and 60-minute focus sessions
• Start, pause, resume, skip, and reset controls
• Optional 3–2–1 full-screen countdown
• Five-minute full-screen break timer
• Automatic next session after your break
• Optional auto-start after unlocking your Mac
• Light and dark appearances that follow your system
• No account, tracking, or data collection
It’s Time makes breaks harder to ignore—and getting back to work easier.
