Swap the background behind you in a video — blur it, pick a color, or drop in your own photo. Watch it first, then save. Nothing is uploaded. A messy room, a busy street, a background you'd rather not show — Backdropy finds the people in your video and replaces everything behind them. It runs on your iPhone: nothing is uploaded, and you watch the result before you decide anything. Pick a video, choose the new background, and play it straight away. • BLUR, COLOR OR PHOTO — soften the scene, use a clean solid color (green for editing later), or put yourself in front of any picture. • SEE IT FIRST — switch between the original and the new version on the same moment. Save only if it looks right. • SOUND AND LENGTH KEPT — the original audio and timing stay exactly as they were, portrait or landscape. • STAYS ON THE DEVICE — no upload, no account, no server. Your original video is not modified. What it does and does not do: it finds PEOPLE. Pets, products and other objects become part of the background. Fast motion and fine hair can show soft edges.
