Baseline is a blood sugar diary. Type the number from your meter and tap Save — fasting, after meals or bedtime is picked from the time of day. Use mg/dL or mmol/L, add tags like meals, exercise, insulin or medicine, and see your days on a graph and a calendar. When you next see your doctor, there is a clean PDF to hand over.

Enter the range you decided with your doctor. Colors only show where a reading sits compared with the range you entered.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel anytime in Settings › Manage subscription. If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends.
