Stick to Plan
Weekly goals & habit tracker
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Keep your daily plans and weekly completion goals in one clear view.
What makes Stick to Plan different?
• Every feature is completely free. No paywalls and no locked features.
• Home Screen widgets show what is left today, with wording such as "2 plans left today". The small widget shows "2 of 3" beside "done this week". Lock Screen widgets also show today's remaining plans. Tap the widget to open your plans.
• Count distinct completion days toward a weekly quota, review dated rule changes with undo, and optionally count Apple Health workouts while ignoring a reading locally.
Everything is free. The only thing you can ever pay for is removing ads for other Solstice Suite apps.
Create plans, checklist steps, and reminders. Record completion, amounts, notes, and energy. Use a timer when a plan needs time, then review your history and statistics. Customize schedules and keep a local export of your saved data.
Privacy
Use every feature without an account. An account and online backup are optional. Apple Health workout access is optional. The app only reads workouts; ignoring a workout in the app leaves the original in Apple Health. Online backups exclude completions recorded from Apple Health workouts. Complete Files backups have a separate scope; review the details before choosing a copy. Optional supporter plans are billed by Apple through your App Store account, and we receive app and device identifiers, purchase information, and technical information so the app can tell whether a subscription is active. We do not send your personal app records. Crash and performance diagnostics help us fix problems; they exclude your identity, screenshots, and view attachments.
Optional ad removal
Removes ads in all our apps on this device. Choose $0.99 weekly, $2.99 monthly, or $19.99 yearly in the U.S.; local prices may vary. All features remain free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
What's new in Stick to Plan 1.0.4:
• If your iPhone is full, Stick to Plan keeps your change on screen and tells you the last change was not saved, so you can free space and try again.
• A plan file saved by a newer version now opens the right recovery screen.
• You can rate Stick to Plan from Settings. Now and then, after you finish a full week of a plan, the app may ask how you like it.
• Buttons you cannot use yet now look clearly unavailable.
• The More apps from us page lists only apps you can get today.
