Keep earned tips, delayed card payouts, and gross payroll credits clear without counting the same income twice. Tipsettle is a private tip ledger for recording earned tips and matching delayed card-tip payouts to the shifts that earned them. Record a shift with cash retained, gross card tips, card-funded tip-outs, and an optional note. Keep the earning date separate from the later payment date. When a gross card-tip payroll line arrives, allocate it explicitly across the shifts it covers. Record partial payments, correct an allocation, and see which card tips are still pending without adding the payment as new income. The free experience includes one job, unlimited shifts and payouts, full reconciliation, CSV export, local storage, and support. Tipsettle Plus is a one-time lifetime purchase for additional jobs and PDF reconciliation summaries; the current localized price is shown in the app. Existing records remain accessible if Plus is unavailable. Your ledger stays on your device and can use private iCloud for your own devices when available. Tipsettle does not connect to a bank, payroll provider, or employer. It does not calculate taxes, wages, or payroll and does not provide financial advice.
