V-Parking - Smart Parking Management on the Go
V-Parking is the mobile companion for property parking operations. It helps property managers, support teams, patrollers, security guards, tenants, and authorized staff manage parking activities quickly and efficiently from their mobile devices.
The app connects securely to the V-Parking cloud CRM through authenticated REST APIs. Parking registrations, licence plates, tenant information, visitor records, and parking activity can be synchronized with the central V-Parking system.
KEY FEATURES
Secure Role-Based Access
Sign in using your assigned V-Parking account and access features based on your role and permissions. Supported users may include support teams, patrollers, security guards, tenants, property staff, company staff, and other authorized users.
Licence Plate Registration and Management
Register and manage visitor and parking licence plates directly from your phone. View active registrations, search records, filter results, and update parking information according to your assigned permissions.
Tenant Parking Tools
Approved tenants can manage their licence plates, register visitors, and view relevant stall, unit, and parking information where these features are enabled for their property.
Patroller and Auditor Tools
Search licence plates by parking lot and check their registration status. Depending on permissions and site configuration, users can identify whether a plate belongs to a tenant, visitor, or an unregistered vehicle and initiate available parking enforcement actions.
Security Guard Tools
Security personnel can search licence plates, generate parking tickets, and submit daily site reports directly from their mobile device.
Self-Registration and Tenant Onboarding
Authorized property managers and staff can review tenant applications, approve or reject registrations, and keep tenant and owner licence plate information synchronized with the central parking system.
Centralized Parking Data
Parking information entered through the app is securely sent to V-Parking servers rather than being stored only on the device. This helps keep licence plate status, property and site information, parking lots, units, and applicable parking rules consistent with the V-Parking web portal and CRM.
