MoneyBook is an expense tracker, expense manager and ledger book app for shops, small businesses, families and anyone who needs to know where the money went. Record money in and money out in seconds, attach the bill photo, and see the running balance the moment you save. It works with no internet.
WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
Every entry is saved on your phone first. Bad signal in the shop, a power cut, a trip to the village: the ledger keeps working. Back online, MoneyBook syncs your books to your other devices and to the web portal on its own.
ONE BOOK PER THING
Keep a separate ledger for the shop counter, the delivery van, a project, home expenses or staff salary. Each book has its own running balance, categories and payment modes. Pin the ones you use daily, archive the rest.
ENTRIES IN SECONDS
Amount first, then who, what and how it was paid. A calculator inside the amount box, voice entry in English, Urdu and Hindi, custom fields for invoice number or vehicle, and a running balance down every page.
A LEDGER YOUR TEAM CAN WRITE IN
Invite staff to a book so they can record sales and expenses at the counter, without giving them the keys. A staff member can add entries but cannot see the totals, cannot backdate and cannot delete. Every entry carries who wrote it and when. Managers see everything.
CUSTOMER BALANCES AND CREDIT
Track what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers with one balance per person, across all your books. Set an opening balance, record each sale on credit and each payment, and send a PDF statement instead of arguing over a notebook.
BILL PHOTOS ON EVERY ENTRY
Photograph the receipt or invoice and attach it to the entry. Proof of every payment stays where it belongs, not in the camera roll.
REPORTS AND EXPORT
Day, week, month or any range, by category, by person or by payment mode. Cash-flow charts, day-wise and contact-wise reports, PDF and Excel export for your accountant, statements shared on WhatsApp.
RECURRING ENTRIES
Rent, salaries and subscriptions record themselves on the day they are due, so the daily expense record is complete even on the days you forget.
FIND ANYTHING
Search every book by contact, note or exact amount. Deleted something? It waits 30 days in the trash.
SAFE AND PRIVATE
App lock with Face ID, Touch ID or PIN. An activity log written by the server, so nobody can edit their own history. Import old records from a spreadsheet.
NEVER LOSE THE LEDGER
Your books are backed up to your MoneyBook account and restored on a new iPhone by signing in. Open app.moneybook.ae on a laptop and the same books are there.
