Ask "what's overdue?" or "what did I work on this week?" and get the answer from your own projects, tasks and time. Your whole workspace, on your phone. Tilio is a workspace for freelancers and small studios: your projects, tasks, time, clients and payments in one place, with an assistant that knows all of it. ASK YOUR WORK ANYTHING "What's overdue?" "What's on this week?" "What did I work on for Northwind?" The assistant reads your projects, tasks and time and answers in plain language. It can also create and update tasks for you. YOUR DAY ON ONE SCREEN Today shows what's overdue, what's due this week, what's scheduled next and how much you've tracked, the moment you open the app. PROJECTS Every project with its tasks, its client and its progress, and the hours tracked against the time you planned for it. TIME TRACKING Start a timer from anywhere. It stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island until you stop it. Log time after the fact, and see every entry grouped by day. CALENDAR Scheduled work and tracked time side by side, with planned and tracked hours added up for the day. TASKS Statuses, priorities, due dates and subtasks. Filter by project or status, and overdue work sorts itself to the top. PAYMENT TRACKING Log what each client owes, whether it's a project fee, a monthly retainer or an expense, and record payments as they come in, in full or in parts. Tilio shows each client's balance and flags anything overdue. It's your record, not a payment processor: no money moves through the app. CLIENTS Every client with their projects and their balance, one tap from an email or a call. SHARE WITH CLIENTS Send a client a link that shows only what you choose: progress, completed work, time, files. Add a password or an expiry date. Clients can request new work and leave notes on tasks, and you reply from the app. WORKSPACES Keep separate workspaces for separate businesses, see who's in each, and switch between them in a tap. Tilio syncs with the dashboard at tilio.space, so everything you do on your phone is there on your computer.
