Customers are queuing, three printers are about to finish at once and somebody wants a drone frame. Welcome to Maker Lab.
You run a makerspace. Orders arrive, you load filament into 3D printers, feed sheet to the laser cutter, set the CNC mill going and finish parts at the hand benches. Multi-stage builds move between stations. Hand each order over before the customer gives up and walks out.
Ten shifts take you from a scruffy garage with one printer and a bare bulb to a bright studio with a full floor of machines. Along the way, machines jam, one catches fire, and the power trips at the worst possible moment.

Maker Lab is free and always will be. There are no adverts and nothing to buy. The one button in Settings that mentions money opens a JustGiving page for Alzheimer's Society in Safari, and every penny given there goes to them.
