KEEP UP WITH THE RING
See the current lot and sale queue. Enter per-pound or flat bids with a large keypad, choose a winning buyer or buyer group, and allocate split purchases by percentage. Review the calculation before closing each lot.
KEEP A CLEAR RECORD
Every closed lot saves a receipt locally. Corrections preserve the original record and require a reason plus a different countersigner. Track sold, resale, donation, and no-sale dispositions.
RECONCILE AND EXPORT
Review totals by buyer, exhibitor, species, and disposition. Countersign the completed closeout. Export accounting CSV files, printable PDF reports, and a complete JSON backup. Share buyer and exhibitor slips or print through AirPrint.
