كابتن زنبور تطبيق السائقين في منصّة زنبور. تعمل بمركبتك، في الوقت
الذي تختاره، في ثلاثة أنواع من الطلبات، وتقبض أجرتك نقداً في يدك.
■ ثلاثة أنواع من الطلبات — وأنت تختار
• رحلات: توصل راكباً من مكانه إلى وجهته.
• تسوّق: تذهب إلى المحل، وتشتري قائمة الزبون، وتوصلها إلى بابه،
وتستردّ ثمن الأغراض مع أجرتك نقداً عند التسليم.
• توصيل طلبات المتاجر: تأخذ الطلب من المتجر وتوصله إلى الزبون،
وتقبض المبلغ منه.
لكل نوع مفتاح مستقل — تفتح ما يناسبك وتغلق ما لا تريده.
■ أنت صاحب القرار
لا دوام ولا حد أدنى من الطلبات ولا حصرية. تفتح التطبيق حين تريد
العمل، وتقبل من الطلبات ما يناسبك.
■ الطلبات تصلك أينما كنت
إشعار فوري بكل طلب قريب، حتى والشاشة مطفأة والهاتف في جيبك.
■ تعرف كل شيء قبل القبول
الأجرة، وبُعد نقطة الانطلاق عنك، وطول المشوار، ونوع الطلب. وفي
التسوّق ترى قيمة الأغراض التي ستدفعها قبل أن تقبل، وفي التوصيل ترى
اسم المتجر وعنوان الزبون وسعر التوصيل.
■ الأجرة نقداً بيدك
تقبض مباشرةً. وتُقيَّد حصة المنصة ديناً في محفظتك داخل التطبيق،
تسدّدها برمز تعبئة متى شئت.
■ كشف حساب واضح
كل طلب وكل عمولة وكل تعبئة، بتاريخها ووقتها. ورصيدك أمامك دائماً.
■ سائق تكتك؟
تستقبل طلبات التكتك والشحنات الكبيرة، وتستطيع أن تفتح طلبات الدراجات
أيضاً لتزيد فرصك — وتأخذ كل طلب بسعره.
■ تقييمك يبني سمعتك
ترى تقييمات عملائك بلا أسماء، وتقيّمهم أنت أيضاً.
■ ما تحتاجه للتسجيل
بطاقة وطنية، وصور مركبتك، وصورة حية. ويراجع الفريق طلبك قبل
اعتماده.
■ تنبيه
زنبور منصّة تقنية لا شركة نقل. أنت متعاقد مستقل تملك مركبتك
وتتحمّل ترخيصها وتأمينها وسلامتها، ولست موظفاً لدينا. والخدمة
تجريبية وتعمل حالياً في الناصرية.

What's New in Captain Zanbour
NEW
• Stoota orders: captains with a cargo tricycle now receive "Request a Stoota" orders, with clear steps for each stage — arrived at loading point, loading, on the way, and each drop-off stop.
• Restaurants & Stores orders: turn on "Store Orders" to receive delivery requests from local restaurants and shops, with full order details on the offer card.
• Choose your navigation app from "My Account": Waze (default), Google Maps, or Maps.me / Organic Maps.
IMPROVEMENTS
• If your chosen navigation app is not installed, you'll be alerted with a button to install it.
• Going online is easier: enabling Store Orders alone is enough to start receiving requests.
• Use the same phone number for both a captain account and a rider account.
• Clearer offer cards showing the load and order details.
BUG FIXES
• Fixed navigation opening the wrong location: Waze and Google Maps now open the exact pickup and drop-off point.
• Fixed the navigation preference not being applied when starting a trip.
• General stability and performance improvements.
