Track materials, stock levels, and projects without relying on a constant internet connection. Built for site teams, contractors, and anyone who needs clear inventory control at work. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Materials catalog Organize materials by category with units, reference prices, and minimum stock levels. Optional unit conversion (for example bag ↔ kg). • Stock in & stock out Record inbound deliveries with supplier, price, date, notes, and optional receipt photos. Issue materials to a project with receiver details and stock validation. • Projects Create sites/projects, track material usage and cost, set plans vs actual, and filter by status (Planning, In progress, Completed). • Inventory & low-stock alerts See remaining quantities at a glance. Get notified when materials fall below your minimum stock. • Reports, PDF & export Review transactions by date range. Export professional PDF reports for period, inventory, or a project—save to Files or share. Also export CSV, or optionally sync all data one-way to Google Sheets (your Google account). • Backup & restore Save a ZIP backup (data + receipt photos) to a folder you choose, share it, or restore when needed. • Language & currency Use 11 languages: English, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. Choose currency display independently (including auto from device country).
