Unstuck is a shame-free to do list for ADHD brains, procrastinators, and anyone who writes a task down and never sees it again. It works as a simple loop: dump it, break it down, and stay with it until it's done. DUMP IT Type or dictate whatever is in your head, even a messy paragraph. Unstuck turns a brain dump into separate tasks so nothing gets lost. BREAK IT DOWN "Do taxes" is not a task you can start. Unstuck uses AI to split big, vague tasks into tiny steps with time estimates. Turn the spiciness up for smaller steps or down for fewer. You can edit every step before saving. STAY WITH IT Reminders keep coming back until you finish the task. If you dismiss a notification, it comes back later. Mark it Done or snooze it right from the banner: 15 minutes, 1 hour, tonight, or tomorrow. ONE STEP AT A TIME Focus shows only the next step, so you don't have to look at the whole list.
